EarthX ETX900-TSO certified LiFePO4 aircraft battery

EarthX is a US-based engineering and manufacturing company committed to the continuous development of battery technology to provide the best possible certified lithium/LiFePO4 aircraft batteries for the general aviation market.
The EarthX ETX900-TSO is a certified LiFePO4 aircraft battery approved by the FAA and designed for certified, type-certified aircraft. The FAA Form 8130-3 is included with the battery.

Safety and performance are paramount. The certified EarthX ETX900-TSO has a battery management system (BMS) with built-in thermal fuse and venting function. It meets all requirements of DO-311a and DO-160G for lithium batteries in aircraft. The integrated BMS protects the cells against deep discharge, overcharge, short circuit, high temperature and provides cell balancing to ensure that the state of charge is always optimal. In addition, the ETX900-TSO has redundant electronic circuits and a battery fault indicator. The battery also has an interface (fault indicator) that can be coupled to your EFIS or installed in the aircraft panel using an LED (sold separately). The fault indicator informs you of the state of charge and overall health of the battery. Please refer to the manual for details. An STC may be required for installation, the STC can be found under Downloads. An STC kit can be ordered separately for installation. Please contact us if required.
