ORIGINAL AKKUBOX in NiMH 12V version / 16Ah
 
The original AKKUBOX for gliding and ultralight, lightweight aluminum, perfect workmanship. The NM variant with a battery pack of nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery cells made by the manufacturer SAFT equipped with durable 15.3 Ah (peak 16Ah). These have to lead acid batteries a much higher energy density batteries and have a double life and life without memory effect. In terms of safety NiMH batteries are safe! The design provides AKKUBOX NM16 systems with a capacity of 15.3 Ah guaranteed (peak 16Ah). The box is completely assembled and ready to mount only on the plane, ready!
 
The AKKUBOX can be used in each aircraft in a safe place (usually where the battery was so far) are attached. For this purpose in the bottom plate 4 mounting holes are provided. If you have installed the BATTERY BOX, then render it any more problems with the batteries loose board in which a security risk and we do not know how the state is charging the battery. The battery charge is done by simply plug in the charger to the XLR socket of the AKKUBOX. No removal or disassembly necessary!
